I wouldn't exactly say just tokenmaxxing in USD, but how much value in terms of output tokens you can get out of it. Harness matters a lot these days as well and whether they allow using the models in other harnesses.

Another factor is the Peak/Off-Peak that some subs have and whether that lines up with your working hours. And also what kind of limits they have like 5h, weekly, monthly etc. because it allows you to pace yourself rather than spending it all in first few days and then get stuck twiddling your thumbs.
